Troubleshooting Instructions

Instruction for Reel Slot Machine

  1. Locate the on/off switch and turn it on. Make sure the machine is plugged into a 110v wall socket.
  2. You will need to place a coin in the coin comparator located on the left side of the door. There is a spring-loaded slide to put the coin into.
  3. Close the door and wait for a few seconds. After the reels stop insert a coin to see if it is accepted. If not check coin in comparator for proper placement.
  4. You will need to put at least 400 coins in the hopper to start out. These are the coins that will be used for cash out. If you cash out with more than the amount in the hopper you will get an error and have to refill the hopper.
  5. When closing the door be sure to push the door lever all the way down or the machine may not see the door as closed. (If there is a 0 in the coins played window, a door is open.)
  6. Enjoy your new machine.

NOTE: You need to keep money in the hopper, only open the door when you have to, you can keep the game on as long as you want, when on- it only keeps power to the lights, if you are not going to play it for awhile then turn the game off. It's no big deal to leave it on!

If you have any problems, check the reset switches first, it is a key switch on the side of the machine, and on some models just open and close the door, then check the fuses. The game you purchased is basically maintenance FREE! Whenever it does not work right, it is most likely something very common, example: the coin might get jammed, un-jam the coin, game tilts, hit the reset switch, you won big and the hopper becomes empty, fill the hopper with more coins, etc. Use common sense, Note: On the inside on the door is a troubleshooting chart telling you what's wrong. The game will give you a code on the front panel, read the code- look at the chart and it will tell you what's wrong. If you cannot figure out your problem don't hesitate to call us.
